My new Nokian GR2's are Made in Russia!

    Just bought a new set of 185/65 15H WR-Gr2's to replace the old ones that now have 60,000 miles. Was surprised to see that they are now made in Russia. Old ones made in Norway. Otherwise, markings the same.

    Best price I found was at tiresavings.com, $115.57 ea. Shipping for four was $47.12. $509.40 total uninstalled. Planning on $80-$90 for the installation.

    The Nokians were more expensive than others but were fantastic for the 60k miles. In fact they have about 5000 miles left but will have them installed before the snow weather arrives.

    It doesn't matter where they're made. Nokian will ensure the same quality lol

    The VW's made in Mexico and just as good as the original, reliable VW's made in Germany! ha ha ha, yeah right.
