What a horrible, root-top mount for the lights! You need something more aerodynamic ... perhaps some periscopes that retract when not in use and pop-up when needed. For good measure, use reflected laser light ... perhaps some very, very high powered lasers ... we have this "missile defense" headquarters in Huntsville, AL ... I'll check the surplus yards. Um, I think that Prius needs a big spoiler on the back to keep the rear down a little closer to the ground. These things have way too much speed.
