We took delivery of our new Salsa Red Prius last Friday from Desert Sun Toyota in Alamagorda, N.M. We paid sticker price and did not have to pay sales tax! It took aproximately 6 weeks after I ordered it to get it.The sales person, (Neil Ansel) was very knowledgeable about the car, and took all the time we needed to explain everything. I immediately forgot most of it, (thank God for this forum), and my wife could care less. I wish I were more like that sometimes! I find the owner's manual to be vague in some areas, and not very well organized. I could never find a good explination of the power bars and their color signifigance. It may be in there somewhere! All of our friends are pretty impressed, especially the big SUV drivers. Can't wait for a hybrid pickup to come out. Neil says a Tocoma Hybrid will be here in 2 years. Anybody else heard anything.
