What are these little black devices ... 2 on top left and 2 on top right side on windshield of my Prius 2018? N.B. I m not the first owner. I have bought the car from Japanese auction.
Cool. You bought a Gen 4 Prius equipped with the optional ITS! ITS = Intelligent Transport System. It won't work in your country obviously but in Japan, it's meant to communicate with road infrastructure (e.g. at intersections) to relay and receive information. It can receive information such as pedestrian crossing alerts (if you try to turn right across the street and there are pedestrians crossing, it will alert you) etc Here's some information from the press release back in 2016.
