I heard about this on the news yesterday.... One "expert" said it's probably outgassing because it's spinning too fast and is near the end of it's "life" and could break up in the next 100,000 years or so....
I'm looking forward to the French Satellite that's supposed to come down as early as Sunday! If we could arrange it I would love about a 3 pound chunk land on my garage. I need a new one desperately, and if the impact angle is correct, it will leave a hole for the new floor, while blowing the inventoried contents and concrete and Macadam onto my neighbors yard!
