At the risk of getting banned to 'House of Politics,' how to national healthcare systems outside of the USA handle quality of care issues? Recently, the USA Veteran's medical care system was found to have a problem with triage and scheduling. So everything was FIFO instead of being weighted by severity. But even within scheduling, the scheduling delay intervals apparently are longer than formally reported. So the rules were changed to support veterans going outside the VA medical care system (NOTE: there are issues with these new rules too . . . unintended consequences.) So how do non-USA, national healthcare systems handle similar quality issues? Thanks, Bob Wilson
i'm more concerned with the va doctors than the system, management or budget. where were the whistleblowers?
