Does anyone know where to the find the Release Notes for the DVD upgrades for Versions 14.1 and 15.1? The last time I upgraded the DVD in 2013 the Parts Dept. guy was a young kid and he sent me the Release Notes for the last two upgrades. The Release Notes give the state-by-state improvements in highways, residential neighborhoods, POI's, etc. I called the Parts Dept. Manager yesterday and he had no idea that these Release Notes were available much less where to find them. The kid that helped me last time is no longer at my dealership. I want to make sure that the changes for NC include the highways and residential neighborhoods that I am interested in before spending the money on an upgrade.
