On the 2007 Prius: press SETUP button, touch SETUP, touch DELETE PRIOUS POINTS, either touch DELETE ALL or DELETE PREVIOUS POINTS. You can then touch the destination you want to delete and answer YES. This will delete the selected destination from your list of destinations.
