Hi everyone, I am enjoying my new (pre-owned) 2010 Gen III prius and it has been a pleasure so far. My only whine is that the navigation map mode is always in 'North up'' and 2D mode. In this day and age of the GPS/MAPS world I suppose it wouldnt be too much to ask for a 3D view of the map and default 'driving direction up' mode? Also can the daylight mode be selected even at night or when the headlights are turned ON?
No 3D but you can have driving direction up by selecting the compass rose in the top left corner. You can also have daytime mode at night. IIRC it is Setup->Navigation->Daylight Mode->On.
