My 2010 Prius IV screen went blank. However, if I put a light up to it I can see that it is not blank but just dim. Toyota says need new one but in hoping someone has had this issue and that their is a cheap fix.
I wouldn't know how to fix it but I'm sure it's the backlight. I've had the same happen to computer monitors, we end up just throwing them out.
