Navigational Data Update?

Hi. I have had the 2017 Prius Prime Advanced since it came out. I think I did a self-guided update on the Entune system a few years ago, but I have no idea if Toyota has released any new navigation update since the car was purchased.

What is the best way to know if navigation update is available? And how do I get it installed?

Just to make this process even more frustrating, when I called Toyota directly, everyone there is insisting that my car never had navigation. I’m assuming that their database is not correct? Have any of you encountered this nonsense?
