I purchased a 2013 Prius but it came without a cargo cover. Today I picked up locally from someone who want to sell a 2015 Toyota Prius cargo cover, thinking it will fit my 2013 model but sadly it doesn't and it's slightly longer (Wish I had my car with me during purchasing time). I see in Ebay 2010-2015 cargo cover fits all these year models. But why doesn't this one fits? anyone knows why? If anyone needs this cover please let me know. Thanks!
The one you bought is for the Prius v. (2012-current). The Prius tonneau cover is one solid vinyl roller cover without the split pieces (those are needed because the Prius v has reclining rear seats)
You're welcome. Sellers sometimes aren't familiar with the 3 Prius models and assume they're all interchangeable (or at least the standard Prius and the Prius v cause they look similar in size, just that the Prius v is 6 inches longer).
yes i did but no luck. But found a strap inside a plastic pack and i dont know whats that for. Pack was never opened though.
