Need Battery Help

    My Car acts as if it wants to start but wont go into ready. I have a brand new 12v battery. It says I need to replace hybrid battery pack pull over immediately. What should I do?

    confirm the new battery voltage at the jump point under the hood (does the 2013 c have this?)

    if the battery and connections are good, you will need tech stream to read the trouble codes.

    a 2013 c in texas heat, could very well need a new hybrid battery

    Did you mess with the orange plug on the hv battery? If so, it may not be properly engaged.
