I found this loose on the driver's side of my 2007 Prius when I was fixing my splash shields. I cannot find any clear document or guide showing exactly where or how this needs to be installed. The Toyota manuals just show exploded views that aren't very helpful. Any help is appreciated.
Between rad and bumper reinforcement, foam cutout straddles AC line, 2 tree clips insert in holes beside rad, yellow circles attached pics. Ignore large yellow square outline in primer pic. Notice how one side follows the contour of the rad support.
