Need help to identify part location

    Today I found this part under the steering column. It had a broken plastic piece, so I'd like to fix it if this part holds some cables inside. Can somebody check in your car, where this part was originally located?

    Would 100% SWAG that's double wire bundle hold down, but which bundles, no idea.
