    I’m sure you mean -35C?

Was it starting ok on previous days?

Does the car have the “block heater”, that you can plug in prior to starting, an electrical heater to warm up the engine coolant prior to attempting to start the car?

I’d start by checking the voltage of the 12 volt battery, preferably with a meter having a digital display. A completely healthy battery will be at least 12.6, 12.0~12.6 would be weak but maybe enough for car to start, and if lower than that it would be best to replace it.
