I'm seeing these codes in the Audio-Visual section of the Repair Manual. They seem to relate to communication between various ECUs and the Multi Function Display. Are you experiencing problems with your MFD? I would think these types of issues would not affect the operation of the Internal Combustion Engine or Hybrid system in any way.
