Hello This is my first post in to Prius forum, thanks for your help. I'm replacing my 2011 Prius head gasket. The head is at the machine shop and I'm making a parts list. There are 2 identical o-rings that are placed just below the cam gear on the side of the head that are shown on the uploaded picture. I have searched numerous Toyota parts sites but I cannot find a diagram with a part number for these. Does anyone happen to know the part number or can you direct me to a site online where I can find it? Thanks
Hi Steven, from my receipt when i done my head gasket Part number for the two o-rings on the head circled in your photo are 9672124015 (x2 of these) There is another slightly bigger o-ring on the block and I believe another two the same on the oil filter element housing on the timing cover with part number 9672324020 (x3 of these)
I take it you didn't get the head gasket kit from Toyota? Because they are in the kit. Just get the FULL kit. It will also have the "O" rings for the oil filter housing....
Part no for that gasket kit in attached. It includes head gasket, which was revised. Last link in my signature is full engine section from repair manual. (On a phone turn it landscape to see signatures)
