Just wanted to stop being a lurker and say HI. I bought my '12 Prius 2 last week, used with 40k miles and so far I am super happy with the purchase. She is blue ribbon metallic with light colored interior. I haven't yet done any modifications to it, but I do have some ideas/plans. 1) Tint. Being in SFL, tint is essential IMO. 2) Dashcam. I drive 400+ miles a week for work, so a dashcam seems like a smart move to CYA. Looking at hardwiring a mini 0801 cam. It's relatively inexpensive and good for what I'm looking for. 3) Extra USB charge ports. Yes, I could just use a aux socket USB dongle, which I have, but I'd rather do it myself. Most likely under or to the side of the AUX socket under the flying bridge. 4) Some kind of headrest DVD player for the backside. I have a 2 yr daughter who hates cars, this might be the solution. Any other recommended mods? I'm also wondering how to remove stains in the headliner.. previous owner must have also had kid(s), due to the crayon marks on the headliner.
