It appears that the auto-on function of my headlights does NOT work. Edit: By reading the owners manual very carefully I answered my own question. It does NOT have automatic off/on headlights. You must still do that manually. What is does have is automatic dimming of high-beam headlights......if the high-beams are ON and the switch by your left knee is also ON.
