I just had my brake master cylinder and ABS pump assembly replaced and the new pump is buzzing every 5 seconds or so. Is this typical for a newly installed ABS pump?
it should be the exact same thing as your old one. The noise is not normal. Did you replace with a new part or used part? If it's used, it's just a failed part that was installed
Normal, it it's leaking. But with new parts, no. Take it back and have them do it correctly. Were the parts new or used? They SHOULD have checked that BEFORE even calling you to tell you it's completed.
If the parts and mechanical installation are good, it needs a special Techstream bleed procedure that goes beyond a regular brake bleed.
