Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, and Connecticut will be adopting CARB emmission standards. When they do, will the extended warranty on the hybrid system for CARB states now apply to current Prius?

That's what I thought, but how is the warrenty handle on the cars of people who move too a CARB state from a non-CARB one?
