The dealer finally replaced my Entune extension box today. It took over a month to get it because they said it was on back order. I'm guessing many have died because of the back order and when I was signing the paper work to leave the clerk said "I see you got your extension box." I said it would be good to have music again and then I asked her how she knew what it was. She said she's seen lots of them replaced. I knew mine was going because the head unit / display kept randomly rebooting, started randomly displaying "system not installed" when I would press the apps button and then finally the sound stopped. I also had them update the SW to 2.2.0 so, fingers crossed, I'm hoping I'm free of the one part of the car I don't love.
