Hi I'm new here on the forums... I just bough a 2010 prius 2 weeks ago and I already did some mods. L.e.d daytime running lights, 55 watt slim ballest 6k h.i.d kit and hyper white turn signals... and put 2000k miles in my first 2 weeks.. Next mod's are lowering springs and h.i.d fog lights next month... =)
Very simple just change the bulbs to led bulbs easy install.. right on top of your head light don't need to unscrew anything...
How do you get the Daytime Running Lights to work? I have no lights on unless I turn them on... Also, you have a part number and source for the LED Bulbs?
I don't know the part number because a shop did it for me... its same bulbs just led. watts and size is the same... I just turn my day time running lights on not my head lights the first click... I will try to find the part number when I go to the shop again... check your owners manual it should be there...
Would love to see the pic of the cut-off and lighting on the road with that 55W ballast. Keep us posted how the headlamp projector is able to handle it long term.
