My dealer's tech owns a 04 Prius, went to 'Prius school' and is very knowledgeable and enthusiastic. He says he got new software to install in my 04 three weeks ago that is Japanese and better than what came with the car. Anybody tried this -- or heard of it? I don't want to be a BETA tester!

My guess - but I'm not sure here since I do not know if Mary2al has a BC package - is that it's the update everyone has been discussing with the NAV DVD to 4.2. Then again, she did say three weeks ago, so it's doubtful, but just a guess anyways. Mary2al, do you have the NAV in your system? -m.
