Just wanted to vent! I needed 2 new tires and I had a tire in mind I had researched and felt good about. I went to a local tire shop and asked about it and they basically turned their nose up at it and said they had the Yokohama YK580 in stock and was a far superior tire. I told them I was concerned with a low resistance tire and fuel economy and they said oh yeah this one is far better than the other one. The tire is fine performance wise but I have watched my MPG slowly decline since these two tires have been on my car. I went from 51-52ish MPG to my last tank was 48 and my next tank is looking like it going to be even less. Fingers crossed it gets better once the tire is a little more broke in. I know its my own fault for letting him talk me into it. Shame on me!
