Hey, i'm rickratt and new to the Prius forum. I'm on my second hybrid vehicle, the first being a 2000 Honda Insight i put 250,000 miles and is still running. My current car is a base model 2010 Prius i bought used and so far other than headlight issues it's been a good reliable vehicle. So far i've replaced both low beams and will replace both high beams when i can get to the store. Anyone on here have any idea what could be causing this to happen?
Welcome.. 250k miles. that's a lot of driving. Did you replace the bulbs on the low beam? Did you inspect the filament? I suspect they were worn and needed replacement as you did both around the same time?
