Hello Everyone, I have traded in my 05 Odyssey Touring over the weekend, I really did love that van but the gas milages was killing me putting about $65.00 a week into it.. ouch! It was kind of a spur of the moment thing knowing we had 10 months left on our lease and knowing gas prices were still going up, we knew we had to do something. My wife and I started looking at the Honda Civic Hybrid since we know a few friends at a Honda dealership we knew we could get a good deal, but after looking at the inside it looked so cheap and even the top of the line was something I couldn't see myself in. So after looking at the Prius I just had to have it, had everything I wanted in it and then some! My wife never did like the looks of the Prius, but after seeing the MPG and the interior that was as nice as our van she decided it would do. Now that she had it for a week she just loves it and I do too. I do have a few questions, where do most of you put your CD cases? Also there is a empty spot under the CD player that has a smoke door on it what's that for? and last but not least is there any upgrades I should buy for it? I got the all weather floor mats and a front end bra, wheel locks and getting my windows tinted in the back, anything I'm missing? Hope to see you all around!
The compartment under the CD player with smoke platic door will hold about 4 CD cases. Then there is the inside of the whole Arm Rest between the seats.
i cant help with the cd storage - i keep 50 or so in my ipod; ipod plugs into the jack in the center console box. the small compartment - thats for storing 'stuff' - whatever you can fit in there. there is another storage compartment underneath the center console, in front welcome to the forum
Welcome to PriusChat, PriusShark! Look through the Modifications forum for a ton of ideas. I strongly suggest a rear bumper guard, so you don't scratch the bumper pulling something out of the back, and mud flaps, to keep your car cleaner. Congratulations and have fun driving!
I just bought a visor holder that holds 10 CDs. You can pay anywhere from $3 to $30 for one. It works great. $3 dollars at Walmart :wave:Welcome
