Hi Everyone, I will be a new Toyota Prius owner today. I will be picking up my 2010 Toyota Prius III today from Toyota. I needed a new car because my Toyota Camry finally died on me. So 14 years, and 235,000 miles later, my husband and I decided to go car shopping. We were trying to decided between the Honda Accord, or the Toyota Prius. I knew the reliability of the Honda Accord, and the fact the car is a work horse, but was unsure about what I would be getting into with the Prius. After doing lots of research, test driving both cars, and also looking at gas mileage (I drive about 50 miles a day for work), we decided to take the plunge and get the Prius. I am excited about this new adventure with this vehicle. Being a new owner, can anyone offer words of advice, or what to watch for with owning this type of car?? Thank you, Tori
Welcome aboard Tori! I would just say drive and get use to it for thw first couple of weeks. It is easy to over-think it.
John has a nice Introductory User guide John's Stuff - Toyota Prius User-Guide Drive it, and ask questions as they occur to you.

Thanks Bisco!! I am excited about driving it and getting to know more about how this vehicle works. I hope to not have tons of questions, but if I do, I know I can come on here and ask away
