2017 prime premium I just bought used. Haven't had the chance to take it to a mechanic yet. Been doing a little bit of light driving (around town grocery type stuff). Just bought an obd2 scanner. Has these codes: P0136(13), P2610(93), U1150(87), U0100(87). Are these serious? Should I not even drive this until I get it to a mechanic shop? Did I buy a lemon? The carfax service history seemed kinda spotty with a 3 year covid gap and a 2 year gap since 2020 (maybe the warranty ran out?) but the engine oil levels seems okay even if coolant is low so i wonder if the prior owner did their own maintenance.

P0136 is the O2 sensor. Easy fix that's on the other side of the catalytic converter. The other three are products of a low 12V battery that somebody swapped out. I'm guessing they all could be a bunch of left over codes nobody cleared. If you don't have an check engine light you should be good to go.

107k. I think I got it for a steal at 13.5k (and I get to claim the tax credit if it's still around by tax season). Carfax is clean, the only thing is the maintainence history has a 3 year 20kmile covid gap and another 2 year 20k mile gap before it was sold so I hope nothing big is amiss. Maybe the owner diyed the servicing. Also it's the beautiful blue color.

it's always good to start with a free 12 volt load test at most auto parts stores. a weak battery can cause incorrect codes to pop.
then, the scanner needs to be prius aware. i'm not sure which is best for gen 4. might be some recommendations here, idk.
i wouldn't concern myself with the oil changes, no big deal.

LOW COOLANT!!! how low? one important caution with 2017 is a leaking coolant heat exhaust exchanger. be very careful. top up the coolant and keep a very close eye on it.

    Welcome
The dealership you bought the car from is on the "hook" for the P0136 code. Whomever signed-off on the emission certificate would've/should've saw that code. They should've cleared them to cover their asset, IMHO.
Again; keep an eye on your engine coolant reservoir (passenger side of the engine compartment). Fill it to the Max line and make sure it's not going down slowly. If there is a leak; it's covered under Ca emissions PZEV warranty 15years or 150K miles (see @bisco link above).
