New York State Clean Pass

    Clean pass conflict? Why does the New York State DMV website list the 2013 toyota prius hybrid as clean pass acceptable BUT the New York State DOT website doesn't include the 2013 Toyota prius hybrid. I'm not speaking of the prius plug- in or V

    My guess is, DOT site hasn't been updated. There is no change in 2013 model and it meets the requirements in term of MPG and emission. There is no reason why 2013 Prius shouldn't qualify.

    They have not updated to include 2013 Prius c and Plugin models as well.
