I bought a OBD2 Wi-Fi years ago but it never worked, maybe because I did not know to put Torque or other S/W on my laptop. I am looking to buy an updated OBD2, but I use an iphone, which will not work with Torque. I just rented an Innova from Auto Zone (without any instructions). I stumbled across these codes: P0302, P0300, P0401, P3190, P0A93, P0C73, and C1391. But it did not indicate that my traction battery is faulty, which it is.
Ebay sells a "V17 J2534 Mini VCI Cable for Toyota/Lexus Scion Techstream OBD2 Car" for $36. The ads state that it is for a Lexus or Scion, but not for a Prius. I contacted a few sellers and I got no direct answers.
Is there an affordable OBD2 device that will work with a Prius and provide instructions for calibrating my new brake pump and master cylinder (after I buy them). I understand that I will need to buy the Techstream S/W.
