I just wanted to say how happy I am with the customer service at shop.priuschat and would recommend them to newbies that are considering some accessories. I placed an order late last night for Weathertechs, and windshield shade. Somehow, the transfer from Paypal back to shop.priuschat failed and so the order was not finalized at shop.priuschat Paypal had charged my credit card, and earlier this week my AMEX card number was stolen, so I was worried about what was going to happen. I sent an email to shop.priuschat with my concern and FIRST THING this morning I received a call from shop.priuschat and they took care of everything. No issues whatsoever. Great attitude. Great customer service.
