I had problems with my traction battery and decided to order an aftermarket one from NewPriusBatteries since they seems to be reputable with quite a few people recommending them. However, my order had not been fulfilled after a while and they did not reply to me after I reached out. I was wondering if anyone had similar experiences / if I had been scammed. It is not helpful that @2k1Toaster had not been active in the forum for months. Thanks
it might be a scam. idk where you found people recommending them, but if you read the last posts of the several threads here, you'll see how many problems there have been. idk how to advise you, except to keep pestering them in every conceivable way, and call your credit card company immediately to stop payment and/or lodge a complaint.
