    Not surprising - with the link-up with Nissan, Renault and Mitsubishi.

    Some odd mixtures out there - Ford truck and Mazda truck (UTE) share basic details, Nissan truck and Mercedes X Class too. Toyota Supra essentially a BMW. Lotus powered by TOYOTA. etc etc.

    Going back a few decades, here in Australia we had FORD & NISSAN sharing platforms and body shells, similarly with GM HOLDEN and TOYOTA. Who'd have thought.
