Does anyone think Toyota will take the next step, and make the prius a "dual fuel" compatible E85 machine? It would seem the logical next step, hopefully all cars will be capable in the next few years. Though I don't know how the onboard MPG estimator will do with E85, since you have to burn approx 20% more ethanol for the same volume of standard gas. .. oh, yeah,. my first post. .. just ordered my first Prius, Black, package 4, grey interior. 4 month lead time. I found a place with a 4 - 6 week lead time, but they are 1 1/2 hours away and require a non-refundable $1000 deposit and only offered a few of the packages ,. which seemed a little shady. Anyway, any comments? Satsuke
