I have found an excellent bus bar kit specially made for the Nexcel Lithium battery. This is from AcenBay.com for only $23.95 With better nuts with wider coverage. They also have complete kits for non Nexcell batteries. I was able to score us all here a 10% discount with promo code "azusa" The fact that this company made a kit for the Nexcell battery shows their passion for our hybrids and they are also Nexcell battery owners like us that have them. I have attached pictures of two kits, one from AcenBay.com and one from Ebay. You will see the difference between the kits bus bars and nuts, both being nickel plated The one from AcenBay has a wider nut. The ebay kit has a smaller nut which is more like OEM. I will be installing these this weekend to upgrade them from my old ones which are old nickel plated and in poor condition. Installed the new bus bar kit from AcenBay. This is kit comes with the correct amount for the Nexcell lithium battery and the price is cheaper than a standard kit.
