<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE(Marlin @ Jun 13 2006, 07:20 AM) </div> About time - it was just politics on both sides all along. Shame it took so long and so much money. It shows the dangers of these types of independant investigations on BOTH sides of the aisle - Independant Investigations should be put to bed - by both sides. Time to call off the dogs of war, and at least be somewhat civil to each other. Disagreements not need be elevated to a judicial level with such reckless abandon. We can all live together and it would be best for all if we could return to the days of acting like adults - even when we do not see eye to eye.
<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE(dbermanmd @ Jun 13 2006, 08:14 AM) </div> Rove is still scum. And independent investigations are a good thing for the American people. Oversite keeps the scum bag politicos honest. Now we should have in Independent investigation into bush's illegal war and wire tapping. Blue
Now there's a proud boast for any 'pug: "Not Indicted Yet!". Meanwhile, outside the White House, the violent crime rate rose last year after steadily dropping since 1994. A dozen years of 'pug neglect of social safety nets begins to bear its sickly fruit.
Given the shabby state of our so-called "justice system," the fact that Rove was not indicted is the best evidence we have that he is in fact guilty! Had he been indicted and convicted, I'd have been convinced he was innocent.
<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE(Blue-Adept @ Jun 13 2006, 09:13 AM) </div> I am not amazed at your response. Do you think the same about clintons being investigated by the same? Oversight does not work so well - ask william jefferson D - Lousiana how did he get that $100,000 in his fridge? And Harry Reid with his free boxing tickets? etc, etc, etc,
That's the way people. Go with Truthout.org no matter how things are back here in REALITY.... Never bend, never concede and by all means never admit that you are WRONG!!! hahahahaa...
<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE(dbermanmd @ Jun 13 2006, 10:04 AM) </div> Investigate them all. Iran-Contra White Water Monica Start investigation on: #1 bush lies to start the Iraq war. #2 Illegal Wire taping of Americans F them all if they broke the law. Repug or Dem - It does not matter
<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE(Blue-Adept @ Jun 13 2006, 10:36 AM) </div> Respectfully disagree. I would prefer to let the politcal battling stay out of the judiciary and in the papers and press and on PriusChat.com
Mystery squid and et al, Even is Rove is innocent the Oval office leaked, excuse me, "declassified' a CIA agents identity for petty political reasons. Stinks no matter the legal outcome.
Puts him right up there with the mobsters that brag "187 arrests...no convictions." O.J was found not guilty too.....but that doesn't mean he was innocent.
<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE(Godiva @ Jun 13 2006, 11:37 AM) </div> And Bill Clinton too.
<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE(Marlin @ Jun 13 2006, 12:20 PM) </div> Oh man, everybody knows Clinton got a BJ and perjured about it. That is not the issue. Issue was why even pursue a case over petty personnel relationship baloney. It was not a legal question rather a why bother question.
I think certain leftists on this board should apologize for the deliberate libel they've thrust upon Mr. Rove. Who will be the first to have the nuts to apologize? ...as a matter of fact, on behalf of Mr. Rove, I DEMAND an apology.
<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE(Godiva @ Jun 13 2006, 11:37 AM) </div> I am sorry, but yes it does. And, what is the big deal here? Are there not bigger issues than people playing politics??
 <div class='quotetop'>QUOTE(daniel @ Jun 13 2006, 06:56 AM) </div>
I'm really dismayed by this. Right here, on Priuschat, in http://priuschat.com/index.php?showtopic=19583, our fellow Priuschatters published a pretty definitive and careful study that started this way: BREAKING | Jason Leopold: Karl Rove Indicted on Charges of Perjury, Lying to Investigators http://www.truthout.org/docs_2006/051306W.shtml But now I find out there is no indictment. I don't think there ever was. Ladies and gentlemen, Jason Leopold LIED. All the people that said Rove was going to be indicted LIED. Why, oh why, are they lying to us? This is awful, its horrible. I may have to move out of the country if this continues. I mean, the liberals LIED.
