It seems the charging system not working. I had no arrows back and forth between those 3 parts in the picture any more when I was driving with 'check Engine' light on and 'check hybrid system'. Is it the charge going bad or the hybrid battery? car ran normal.
there is no way of knowing without reading the trouble codes. how many miles on her? what was the battery icon doing when driving?

Mine doing the same thing, now on limp mode with two bars on hybrid battery...got a code for p0a94 which is inverter...dealer need to diagnose and might be cover with inverter 15 yr warranty....hoping that's it, I'll give u an update by wed or thursday....note I got abt 141000 miles on my 2012 prius..no code for battery only inverter Posted via the PriusChat mobile app.
