If not, we should protest by driving to Washington in our Primes at very reasonable speeds plugging in as often as possible.
I saw this too. This is a bummer but certainly not unexpected considering the political environment. If this does pass, it will be interesting to see what the auto companies will to to compensate ( if anything ).
