I have a 2011 Toyota Prius 5 with the JBL audio system, and today when I started it there was no volume at all. When I use either the steering wheel controls or the volume knob, nothing shows up on the screen. However, the car is connecting to my phone like normal and says that it’s playing the music. I have tried Bluetooth, aux, and radio and nothing works. I can still hear the voice control and reverse beeping, but nothing else plays. Please let me know if anyone has had a similar issue and what I can do to solve it!
Great thank you! I’m going to order a replacement off of eBay. I do have the JBL audio system so I believe the amp is under the passenger seat, but I may be wrong.
