I have 25k on the 2007 Prius. I rotate the tires every 5k front to back, back to front. Rotated them this past weekend, and I have a nasty rumble in the rotation, and can feel it in the pedals, most noticible at 20 Mph. I thought maybe I didn't get a wheel on right, maybe a piece of dirt behind the week, and not seated. Removed all four, cleaned, and re-torqued them back. Problem still there. Last night I put them back in the original position. Problem gone (well, I can hear it slightly, but now I'm looking for it). So, 25k is all these are worth? I still have lots of tread, but they SUCK anyway in rain and snow. I may try rotating them in a cross pattern this weekend. I see some Michelin tires in my future!
