Not sure where he drives a hybrid in that video. If you're referring to the Aygo in the beginning, it's not a hybrid - it's just a 1.0 litre 3-cylinder city car.
My bad, I thought I heard him refer to it being a hybrid, and I watched it twice, he does have a bit of an accent. I instantly thought how bizarre it would be if he got dissed in traffic because of some misplaced hybrid hostility by some idiot, and he climbs out! I'd pay good money to see that.
