I hadn't noticed this documented, so here are the details for replacement bolts and nuts on battery modules.

    1) All threads are M5 x 0.8

    2) For electrical connections at each end, local HW stores have metal nuts and 5mm washers. That's an OK substitute for the real thing.

    3) For mounting bolts underneath, 10mm long bolts plus 5mm washer can work. The "real" bolts are 8mm long.

NOTE: I tested the mounting bolt hole depth. It is 10mm. Since you are mounting to one or more metal plates, a 10mm bolt with a washer should be fine.

As I break the old batteries down I just have a bin that I keep battery and that's bolts and little small fasteners in so generally I have plenty none of that stuff is usually very dirty it can tumble in the Tumblr for 5 minutes and be like brand new

I've been working with this guy who sells nuts and bus bars: Hybrid Battery Bus Bars | ACENBAY, LLC Great prices and soon he might be selling a voltage sensor harness for Gen2 Prius for $49, which would be significant savings from the OEM price for "wire, frame, No.2"
