OBDII Scanner recommendation?

    So I'm getting a CEL P0420 on my car recently, did a reset and it came back on a few hundred miles down.

    So now I'm looking for a budget friendly OBDII scanner that can check the o2 sensor values (requires realtime feed?).

    Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

    I'm using the Xitech Elm327 ($50 amazon) bluetooth dongle and Torque on my droid x.
