Odd double clunk/click sound

    You can hear the sound at the 2 second mark in the video above. There is a random HEAVY double click sound that is happening at random times. I cant seems to track down anything that is linked to when this happens. It happens at stop lights, it happens in line waiting for the atm, etc.

    Inverter coolant pump replaced 2 weeks ago after failing and blowing AM2 fuse.
    Has anyone heard this sound before?
