This car, at 305k miles, makes an odd steam engine/gas leak kind of noise when at full throttle at high RPM. Not quite sure if it happens with every cylinder or perhaps just an escape from one cylinder? Any tips where to look? (see video) Is it likely to get worse, or something I can just ignore?
