I had my 30k done at the dealers. Oil change there at 35k. It is now 36k miles and I went to put my new insurance card into the lower glove compartment/box. Went to close it and it stopped short by about 3 inches. Got to thinking what is behind there to stop it. Cabin air filter. Sure enough a small plastic maybe 8" by 2" cover had come loose from when they inspected the filter at 30k and was blocking the closing. Removed the larger clip-in cover in the top of the box, stuck my hand in behind it and found the little one lying loose. Took it out and glove box closed easily and completely.
They did the exact same think to my Prius v. What else are they messing up if they can't even put the filter cover back on correctly? Going to start doing the oil changes myself and stay away from the dealer.
