I've got a 2012 Toyota Prius Two. It doesn't have fog lights (obviously), but I want to install some. I have the automatic headlight sensor on the dash and it works for the instrument cluster. I just don't have that function on the headlamp switch stalk. I also don't have the switch for the fog lights (obviously since it's a two). I know I can place an aftermarket switch in one of the blank squares to the left of the steering wheel, but I was wondering if I could put the OEM stalk with the fog lights and auto headlights functions and it would work? I'm pretty sure my Prius has the wiring behind the bumper. (I just upgraded to Morimoto 55w HIDs and I had to gain access behind the bumper.) If anyone has some insight or advice, that would greatly be appreciated. Thanks.
Here was a stalk switch part number I found that worked, with both the auto headlight position and the fog switch: https://priuschat.com/posts/2440749 Here's an existing thread about the fog light connections, which worked for me: Fog Light Install w/ OEM Turn Signal Stalk / Switch | PriusChat
