    That there is BLACK GOLD. I compost anything I can and my soil is wonderful.

    After a rain, the neighbourhood kids used to bring me worms for my indoor compost bin. Now that I have a yard, the pets and the compost stay outside. The flowers love it, and the fruit never tasted better.

    I read in the paper just today that nearly half (45%) of our so-called waste is green. So, cut your waste in half and compost!

    We compost, I obtain coffee grounds from Starbucks and each spring we rototill in two or more 3 cubic meter trailer loads of horse manure. The secret to excellent gardening: organic matter.
